A wonderful squishy tactile ball inside a mesh net. When the squishy ball is squeezed, smaller 'grape' shapes of differing sizes appear through the mesh which can then be pushed back into the ball. These sensory toys give children a great tactile experience. Squishy mesh balls are fascinating to feel and explore again and again.
Squeezing the ball hard enough to make the grape shapes appear will encourage finger strength. If your child cannot do this yet then squeeze the ball yourself and encourage your child to push the grape shapes back through the net. Encourage your child to make eye contact with you before pressing the ball to make the grape shape appear. Or count him in "1,2,3 squeeze" - to encourage him to communicate to you he wants you to squueze the ball. Give him lots of praise when he presses the grape shapes or pokes the ball.
Take it in turns to squeeze the ball and to press the grape shapes back in - to encourage turntaking skill sand waiting.
Please note that although the product is durable in normal use it may break if bitten, so is not suitable for unsupervised play for children who bite.
